The Center for Studies on Josemaría Escrivá (CEJE) is a section of the St. Josemaria Escrivá Historical Institute. The CEJE began its work under the auspices of the University of Navarre (Pamplona, Spain) in 1995, before the creation of the Institute.
Through a decree of June 26, 2002, Msgr. Javier Echevarría, Chancellor of the University of Navarre, completed its constitution by establishing that it depended on the St. Josemaría Escrivá Historical Institute for tasks of an intellectual or research nature.
